“Chicano” is my dream project which I started after a great toil and hurdles. I have completely taken the best care in selecting every bit of Chicano. I have given my personal touch to every aspect completely taking care selecting the food menu and providing high quality. Quality is something which I cannot compromise on and therefore I personally see to it that the best is given to all our customers. I believe that happy customers are my lucky charm. I have seen the rise of Chicano from its first step and my responsibilities are mainly satisfying all our valuable customers by maintaining the standards and continuously striving hard to raise the standards higher. We strictly adhere to maintaining hygiene not only in the cooking area and using clean utensils but also maintaining the hygiene of the food that is been cooked and served to our customers. We launched our project Chicano in Sudan in the month of June 2014 with the aim of providing delicacies to a varied customer groups. Firstly we conducted R&D mainly to understand the tastes of our customers and their common liking towards certain cuisines. This helped us predict the need of our customers that gave rise to our fast food joint and we named it Chicano. We will continue to conduct research on various cooking practices which will help us experiment with various ingredients resulting in innovative foods with amazing flavours.
